Community Venture employs about a hundred people, most of them full-time. When positions become available, they are posted on the Government of Canada's Job Bank web site. Just look for the heading Developmental Service Worker.

Community Venture has been pleased to support Red River College by offering student practicum placements. Many graduating students have gone on to find employment with Community Venture and other developmental service agencies.
